What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
Please inform us that you need to cancel/reschedule the session and then feel free to reschedule the session via the bookings page. If you do not let us know about a cancellation/rescheduling within three days of your scheduled session, you will lose your deposit.
Can I pay for my session after it finishes?
Payments must be paid upfront via the bookings page. Only exceptions are if the session is extended after arrival.
Can I park on site?
Yes, free parking is available.
What can I expect once I arrive at the studio?
Once you arrive at the studio you will be introduced to our studio engineer / producer who will introduce you to the studio, and discuss its capabilities, and go through the aims you have for your day.
I am ready to book my session, what should I do?
Please head over to our bookings page to book a session. You can also in due course let us know in a little more detail what you will be hoping to do in your session via email.
Can I extend my session if I want to go on?
Prior notice of your intention to extend is preferable in case we have other engagements.
